I feel like their last point about Marcille is missing some of the nuance from her backstory. She was this nearly perfect wunderkind who got adoration from other kids when younger and felt like she was in control of any situation presented, and then falls apart when things don’t go her way in the dungeon. Tbf that character trait is more so suggested than actively shown

i know randomness is part of train to the end of the world's appeal but they kinda jumped the shark in ep 8. felt like i was missing an episode or more of context and the breakneck speed of the episode didn't help either

I'm firm on it now lol. I was shaky cause I never experienced a character like this before, but after getting to episode 12 I know that I just tolerate him to enjoy the rest of the cast.
