Don’t spoil bro I’m anime only

Not even that bad. Everyone overhyped themselves with fan theories. The biggest flop is that fan made AoT manga that tried to rewrite the ending with a legit 1 to 1 copy of the art style. They completely got the characters wrong in one chapter
I've yet to see a better ending written out with everything else staying the same beforehand.
that togashi s*** in mob lmao
JJK >>> AOT
Couldn't disagree more
Despite the flawed/rushed conclusion, Attack on Titan has so many interesting ideas and themes. Especially when compared to JJK. I actually found season 1 of JJK narratively a bit underwhelming (cool fight scenes tho, I suppose).

Mfs got mad Eren turned out to be a pathetic, childish lunatic instead of a cold calculating badass (as if that description made any sense in the first place when referring to a mass murderer)

Fellas let themselves be too easily tricked by foreshadowing imo
Its like its cool but you ever read a book
Isayama is a great writer but he sure as hell didnt reinvent the wheel but made a damn enjoyable shounen manga.
And I dont know why people want bad endings like it somehow justifies its story more? Like dam bro s***s already been dark as hell now why you want eren to kill all people and rewrite history or some s***

And on the flip side of that, to dismiss the story as a generic shonen is to be facetious. It's not even the foreshadowing that's the main draw, it's the well thought out way the story keeps building, the clever subversion of expectations, and the way the story handles and addresses philosophical and existential themes.

Oh I agree and I wasnt trying to dismiss it as a generic shounen btw its my favorite genre too
Still I think jjk is better its moment to moment, chapter to chapter writing feels so free and its themes are for japanese standards incredibily brave
But you could choose either imo

personally AOT lost me with its "what if the jews holocausted the nazis back" fanfic + genocide vs eugenics nonsense in the second half but if thats interesting to you more power to you

Way to misinterpret what I said. Btw those actions you refer to are not presented as righteous or heroic. For that very reason I found it very curious how some people rooted for Eren despite the fact that he is clearly framed as a villain. It shows how easily an "audience" is able to condone inhumane acts, as long as they feel an emotional connection to the "hero" of the narrative. And yes, I happened to find that interesting, because it's a scary phenomenon that happens repeatedly in real life.
also miss me with those insinuations.
