Ik I’m speaking for myself but gambling anime like Kaiji and Kakegurui are sorely missed and Liar Game is scratching that itch

I love Kakegurui, have Kaiji downloaded but havent found the time to start it

Liars game is not at that level though, Nao is an honest idiot, and the mastermind is just quiet guy that reveals how he outsmarted everyone to save her ass

tldr:
as a fantasy nerd it scratched all my itches,
hoes mad

How it made goblins out to be evil nasty creatures, like theyre supposed to be within fantasy, in a more literal grounding way,
and how the protagonist saw his sister get SA'd and murdered in front of him and becomes a stoic 1 characteristic being focusing on killing goblins for all time,
then joins a party where we get to see his subtle character progression. Which is never finalized in the anime at least, and is left with a certain mystery.
also one of the best uses of D&D mechanics

but yeah has lots of graphic rape so in the trash it goes
