If you start with the assumption that individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law then everybody deserves a fair trial and the opportunity to prove their innocence in court. This is regardless of whether you personally love them or hate them and all that they believe or stand for. Being guilty in the court of public opinion or having a personal distaste for the person in question doesn't automatically make the person guilty in a court of law (although I would be shocked if he made it out completely innocent of all the allegations).

My whole post was just speaking in general terms so when I wrote "you" I mean you as a general term (like "one does not" or "you do not") so I wasn't trying to say that your (Ralo's) personal opinion was clouding your judgment but that people's personal love or hate for an individual in general is irrelevant to whether he's actually guilty or not. I've seen some who seem to think that just because they don't like him he's to be assumed guilty until proven innocent, rather than the other way around.
