I’m gonna miss this show man

Still remember how it felt the night of the premiere.
theres not a single other show on this level atm tbh
not even succession for me lol
SHE HULK SOON THO
Succession mid
I like it but it feels like a lot of people need that one show to call 'best show on tv' and it somehow must involve serious business and white people in suits to appear quality

I’m waiting to watch all the episodes at once for its new season, but Barry is probs my #2 show after BCS if you haven’t checked it yet. Another show with great characters/acting.
Saul still wears Marco's ring and Kim also had that necklace and earring that her mother gave her on one of the episodes
Also that shot of Lalo when he chopped off the leg of the german guy, him standing there with axe that was some horror s***
Masterfully shot with darkness engulfing him and only his silhouette visible 👌🏼

Giancarlo really snapped on the directing front
People are gonna appreciate these slower paced episodes in retrospect
s*** will never be the same for these characters soon
Yeah fr man I've been saying, once the big pictures comes together (both literally and in terms of where they're going thematically) this season is gonna win a lot more people over on rewatch, I can feel it.
Not to say a lot of people aren't enjoying it week to week already, but there's definitely a good chunk of the audience that aren't happy with it currently - and that's fine too, don't get me wrong.
I just feel like once all the chips are down and Gilligan and Gould have shown their full hand, some people will definitely look back on this season differently.

This one in particular had me looking at the big picture more than most episodes
Bittersweet in the best way
Thematically, everything's been done and resolved last season, which is why they've been severely stalling, trying to pretend that it is all about the characters being anxious and waiting for The Big Day. Unfortunately, that's mostly filler. I joked last week that they could craft an entertaining scene of somebody tying their laces. Well, we got a three minutes montage of Howard making coffee. We're not that far.

the fact that BBU is coming to the end is killing me

Yeah, montages are totally out of the ordinary for this show

I absolutely agree. I sort of remember people feeling this way during Breaking Bad.. especially The Fly episode lol, I'll never forget watching the reactions live. People were losing their minds.
It's just a polarizing show, I trust them to do it right. They've never let me down, even with El Camino. I wish they would have made it a mini series instead of a movie though, that's my only gripe.
BCS, BB & EC are going to be one of the best universes in cinematic history when it's all said and done.
