Angstrom is an annoying ass villain bruh
Steven Yeun went crazy with the voice acting
"I’ve certainly heard from people who didn’t care for it. I understand that when you’re enjoying a thing and it gets taken away and given back to you at a later date — not the best. But it was a necessity for the production of Season 2. Overall, I think it went well. The response to the last half of Season 2 has very much been, 'Wish there hadn’t been a split, love the last half of Season 2.' We’re still hitting number one on the Amazon platform. I don’t think it caused any real, lasting detriment to the show. But, you live and learn so we’ll have to see how things go moving forward."
I’m glad the gap didn’t affect the show’s popularity too much but also they’re aware that fans were unhappy about it and will learn from it moving forward

Both breaks were detrimental honestly. But it's standard these days for more hyped up shows.

Good performance from both of them nonetheless.

The writer and showrunner said they wanted him in this season cus they wanted Mark to have his own personal nemesis, but idk.. Maybe they should have had more buildup for him? However I’m not sure if he’s interesting enough to sustain more than a couple of episodes (I did enjoy his little arc in the season 2 premiere).
But if it weren’t Angstrom Levy, Mark wouldn’t have had that major personal breakthrough, so Angstrom could be seen as merely a means to an end.
Also the theme of Mark not wanting to be like his father was significant in this season, so for him to beat up Angstrom just like Nolan did to his son back in the season 1 finale, that was a full-circle moment.
Steven Yeun carrying this show in terms of voice-acting performance let’s be real
As someone who’s only seen him in The Walking Dead, I didn’t know he had that in him.
I’ll definitely check out his other works now.

its fun seeing show only watchers talk about the finale/s2 In retrospect n speculating about what’s gonna happen next
They’re really doing such a great job elevating the experience through the animation and voice acting
Finale was a banger but man is this show all over the place. That villain came outta nowhere after not being involved for ages. I'll give em this they ain't predictable
Whoever voice acted the guy killed it. Very creative fight too
