What I will say is that I hope you and the others in this thread who haven't read the comics are appreciating the development of Amber in particular, who is much closer to the comic version of herself in season 2 than she was in season 1

Yeah, I felt like she was really misrepresented in season 1 which led to a lot of non-comic readers hating her. I'm glad they dialed back her b****iness this season because she didn't deserve that at all

Its kinda easy to overlook this fact, but goddamn there are so many subplots on this show. I love it tho.

I agree too. There's a reason why season 1 episodes 1-3 are more engaging than season 2's. It has the driving force of Invincible figuring out his powers and Omni man in hiding in plain sight.

finally watched the last two episodes, man this s*** is so fire. ep 4 looks to be insane

I havent read the comics, but imo her attitude was 100% fair in season 1. She had no idea about the superhero stuff, and once she found out i think its fair to allow some kind of acceptance period. I dont think her arc so far has been clunky at all

The thaddeus twist was so predictable

Season 1 felt like some villain of the week s*** a lot of the eps, Season 2 alot more engaging for me with the story lines !
