I blame covid, but to an extent because...
1. Artists are still dropping albums
2. Drake said Summer 2020 in May
3. Lets just say Drake didn’t know Covid would last this long when he said Summer 2020 (in May), he dropped a single in mid August. Why drop a single if you have no plan of dropping the album... within months.

Like I said, poor structure/planning. There was damn near no timing in mind to this rollout.

If he has to drop the album tmrw he drops it tmrw. And you have to understand the other thing about Drake is Drake can make the industry move. If Drake says yo like I wanna drop my album on Friday. Yo industry’s gonna jump and it’s coming out Friday. He’s gonna make that call and it’s gonna happen. It doesn’t necessarily gonna have to be all like 3 months in advance and... he’s gonna make it move.
