his ex wife hit his pockets in their divorce & tried to smear his name, take custody of their kids for herself, etc
that type of hate will sit on your shoulders and get you in a different mode when it comes to making money
plus apparently she is meant to get 24k a month in child support to 'maintain their children's lifestyle'

gotta say this is probably true, dude doesn't really stand for anything except himself and this vague non-revolutionary idea of blackness. i've been listening to dude since i was like in seventh grade and it's been more and more difficult to reconcile this idea of dude as some kind of transgressive artist when in reality he really does serve to at best kind of critique and at worst validate the liberal establishment. this show is more proof
you can't be revolutionary if you don't stand for anything revolutionary. they gave the dude a pulitzer because it was convenient and served their narrative, nothing more i think. none of this is to take away from the music itself, but if you're recognized to this degree by the powers that be you're probably doing something wrong. that's just how i feel about it these days
i mean this man can't even sign a f***ing petition and publicize it while drake of all people can, let alone the weeknd or the many other musicians who have done more. and yeah i heard mr morale, and i don't care.

Agreed ngl even though I loved the performance
Does anyone know what he said at 5:20?
"and since prime Ali, it's KD OT". I'm not sure what he said prior though. What I'm hearing is "man I know y'all play sheep"
i’ll give the drake stans props, their immense online presence is making it difficult to figure out if people were messing with the performance lmao
it was aight tho
squabble up was and is garbage and shouldn’t have been played
only complaint

Why is mic sound better in the stadium than on TV
Do we need to keep pushing SZA to superstar levels? 😔
She hasn’t got a single song where she’s able headline festivals or be in a superbowl.
Her Glastonbury performance was the lowest viewed headline in decades. Surely that’s the hint?

Mixed reactions. I thought it was okay. Great stage design and choreography but the song choice could’ve been better and his mic was too low on the live broadcast

i'm not really sure how to feel about it really. maybe i missed the details cause i only watched it once just now but just felt like a lot of american flag s*** idk i would be willing to have the details pointed out to me dissect podcast style though lol
