Riskynothing happens for like an hr and a half, then the main story im supposed to believe Peter and gwen would tell miles his dad needs to die and expect him to be chill wit that. maybe the other spidermen but how those two. felt forced to me.

Story was honestly mid, took like an hour and a half to even get started, got good and then ended early.
That being saidā¦.GREATEST ANIMATION OF ALL TIME
The basics of the story is pretty straightforward but I think the writing was stellar
because of the writing the story transitioned like three times
1. Catching Spot
2. Miles causing anomalies & him escaping
3. Going to save his dad

Smacked VoodooSmooth brain take. Setup films can still be great. Infinity War for example is a movie that sets up Endgame, but is actually better than Endgame.
infinity war felt like it could stand on its own

Nah this the first movie that got me wishing i didnāt watch any of the trailers.
Feels like Sony couldnāt resist showing spider-society even though itās the climax of the film but I get it marketing wise.
