How is this any different than any other mainstream rap release? Rocky has literally never been a lyricist. To say they’re terrible is wrong though. The entire goal of the album is Rocky’s perspective and window into his view. I don’t need him waxing poetically over the Buck Shots beat. On the songs it’s more personal and intimate like Purity, Brotha Man, CALLDROPS etc he takes his time and fleshes it out a bit more.

Nothing stands out to me as “terrible” on the whole thing except for the turd stains line on Distorted Records. go ahead and post any of the lyrics off Die Lit cus they’re all much worse than anything on Testing
