Yea I’m not sure where people are getting heavy MCU vibes from tbh . I’d say the only “joke” from this teaser was the woman robot saying “he looked at me”, but even that doesn’t feel like something exclusive to an MCU movie

And I wouldn’t consider the Krypto scene as a “funny” scene because bro is on the ground screaming in pain with broken bones

i enjoyed shazam 2 and blue beetle enough to watch them all the way through and im sure this movie will be better than those and i will enjoy it like i enjoy cheesy saturday morning cartoons doesnt mean its not a kids movie and its not mcu-like tho

ironically he better at writing serious moments than humorous s*** but he always force in way too many cringe jokes.
guardians 3 rocket scenes were great but starlord and adam warlock arcs were trash
