I think that trailer is going to be really good tbh. Everything I’ve seen and heard from that movie so far has been extremely promising

yeah that scene was a little wonky but it def has to be intentional. maybe he's not good at physical touch or something

I think its cheap to just show him saving people. Would have hit harder to show him talking to a clearly depressed girl not running from the kaiju .

Showing a darker skin boy whispering for superman and raising a flag but no context is cheap

showing him grieving a robot is cheap

there were many cheap manipulative emotional tactics used in trailer similiar to Snyder and very much like gunn that one moment with context

1 single moment with context would go a long way
