I feel like people must have at this point (idk for sure of course) cause of how big it’s sorta become. I also feel like he usually just doesn’t acknowledge stuff that are lowkey true but not ready for an announcement.
Saw some people say that Gunn maybe convinced Reeves’ Batman to join the DCU and that he gave him full control of Batman and his gallery etc in the universe. which would make sense considering Matt Reeves is a producer on the DCU Clayface movie now

I fear another batfleck situation. Everyone seemed happy with being tucked off in their own specific branch of Batman. Don’t see how they mesh into the DCU

Someone posted then deleted their trailer mashup that had a BvS trailer but with the Force Awakens music and it was beautiful hearing the climax as Superman overhead presses the rocket. I don't get them chills when I hear the superman theme. Sounds like some old patriot s*** sometimes

I hope this movie keeps the "okay its time to save lois" to a minimum. Man of Steel had at least 3 of them. She be slowing the plot down

Reeves already runs Batman IP and was taking up every new Batman-related project tho tbf. He's been rumored for Flanagan's film since early-mid 2023 and i think they've just kept the project under wraps until now when they have to find a director.
I think this is only a "new" development for fans cus now its truly greenlit and clarified what universe

I wasn't the biggest fan of The Batman. It was very sluggish to me. I saw it twice in theaters and thought it was fine. and I see what you mean
