So most of that is natural competition. Obviously the racist part I don’t know how to fix but if you’re are a graduate from an Ivy League school you will be well placed based off the degree alone to get a job in your field.

Obviously a lot has to do with the networking you, how well you interview and the prestige of the job.

University don’t and can’t guarentuee success but getting a degree from one is more beneficial than not

Yeah but I went to a "good" college and I can tell you right now networking is a lot more difficult when youre race makes up like less than 1% of the school population lol
