i had to miss a whole year because of some dumb s*** with financial aid lol, now imagine how many miss that year and their whole life just goes into disarray during that time off for one reason or another

So most of that is natural competition. Obviously the racist part I don’t know how to fix but if you’re are a graduate from an Ivy League school you will be well placed based off the degree alone to get a job in your field.

Obviously a lot has to do with the networking you, how well you interview and the prestige of the job.

University don’t and can’t guarentuee success but getting a degree from one is more beneficial than not
