Yeah my company pays for most of my premium, I paid about 1500 for health and dental last year not including my spending account. Looked it up and it looks like the actual average spent on health insurance alone is $5000 per person while the average cost is over $10k for the plan. So a good amount of employers are covering premiums, actually a bit more than I expected tbh.
