We’re really debating whether or not to have a fair trial

The impeachment been a sham from the beginning. Pelosi never wanted to impeach Trump.

Please tell me your thoughtful defense of not allowing evidence and witnesses in a trial.

There is none. Just saying this whole thing is political theatre.
Bernie be having some indie GOATs at his rallies.
They need to make the equivalent of this year's "Yes We Can" song for him tbh

Whoever bankrolls the DNC controls it. Last election it was Hillary and now it’s Bloomberg.

Too early to call this type of s*** now but if bloomberg wins the nomination
in that case my vote is going to Future Hendrix
It's getting worse
https://twitter.com/lhfang/status/1223378150316367872Saw this, don't see how they would be able to do that without the entire public seeing it as indisputably rigged though. And they wouldn't want that (they'd only go to the point of allowing Bernie supporters to think it's rigged).
DNC wanted to pay off tom perez and two other top officials with generous severance packages, but all three are saying they weren’t aware. F***ery is afoot.
So, how is the Iowa caucus different than just a primary?
So from how i understand it is this
you have all the precincts in iowa and they have caucus locations. all the supporters of the candidates will go stand in designated areas. for round 1, you need to reach 15% in a precinct to be viable there.
so lets say warren doesn't reach 15% in a district. there's two options. her supporters can try and convince supporters of other candidates to join their side to get to 15%, or her supporters will either move on to another candidate or just leave. and you'll get time after the first round to try and convince the nonviable candidate supporters to come to your side. then in round 2, you basically do this all again.
idk, its complicated.

Does that all count in the same way as the primaries though, like with delegates going to certain candidates? Or is it just indicative of the voters’ views?

delegates will be allocated after round 2 i believe based on district i think. but the iowa process is just weird af
so if you're a bernie supporter, you need to win that first round by a solid amount, and hope warren is not viable, since a lot of her supporters have bernie as a second choice.
best case scenario is bernie wins first round, biden and pete are viable. warren doesn't meet the threshold, yang overperforms and kloubashit under performs. warren and yang might have a good amount of supporters that go to bernie, or the yang ppl might go home.
The final Iowa polls that are dropping tonight and tomorrow are kind of nerve-wracking. Even if the candidate you're supporting is doing well in them, that might actually be a bad thing.
Since for example if Bernie is high in these final polls, and then he underperforms in the actual vote that could lessen the momentum he's been gaining big time. But if he's down a bit in the final polls and then gets a big win Monday, he could surge even more.
Lmao the Buttigieg campaign wanted to speak to the desmoines register's manager so now the final iowa poll isn't getting released
