Depends on how determined you are and how much work you put in. Everyone got diff bodies and lose weight differently.

We work out twice a week but doing it by ourselves away from the trainer is more difficult, hard to find the motivation. Especially if I’m closing that day, don’t really want to do it at 830

Yeah, you’ve just gotta fine the motivation, was paying like 185 a month to my trainer at one point but when I learned what he tells me to do, I started doing it myself? Also try to walk around more. Eat below your normal calorie intake, also reduce your carb consumption.
Edit: what you tryna do? Lose weight or add muscle, get toned?
All I did was gain and lose weigh, lemme know, can advice on losing weight but not too much help with the rest.

I used to workout late at night or early in the morning like 5am so I don’t have to wait on ppl using other gym equipments

Getting rid of excess weight (a testosterone killer) is in fact fairly simple, at least for someone scientifically inclined like myself. Common tips like 'avoid carbs', or 'don't drink' are bullshit. Losing weight is a matter of calories in, calories out. And what, I ask, is a calorie? A calorie is a unit of heat. Therefore it follows that by lowering the heat of your food you lower its calories. I've been living off frozen pizza and ice-cold beer for two weeks and yeah, it works.

Aiit, cut out soda and juice, maybe occasionally make OJ yourself,
Cut out bread and rice as much as you can, I was eating once a day then I still do sometimes but not advisable, count your macros, and eat healthy and good snacks, I did strict keto too, but I feel like I get tired easily, drink a lot of water.
Maybe pack your car at the fat end if the car park and walk to wherever you going, make sure to use the health app. And walk as much as you can, I try to walk 10k steps a day, sometimes I fall short to like 7-8k range, get a serious gym partner who checks on you if you need motivation so you both can have mutual goals.weight lifting is good also but not really important as much as cardio imo. Also check your weight often and set like weekly goals of like 2-5 lbs, most of your earlier weightloss will be water weight before you start dropping fat.
Sorry my point is all over the place

No, it’s good ty. We don’t drink soda and only drink like vitamin water and carbonated water. We do eat fairly healthy, lots of home cooked food with veggies. We do eat a lot of rice tho tbh. At work on a normal busier day I’m over 10k but days off I’m usually a couch potato, same with her. We work out together virtually which has helped but even in the freezing temps I guess we’ll try to walk more.

ever wonder why some people can eat like gluttons and still be skinny

it’s scientifically proven to not just be calories-in-calories-out my man

    it’s 60% CICO and 40% hormones

Everything you eat is a mix of carbs and fat. when you eat carbs your body gets used to burning those carbs and glycogen for fuel and energy. This causes more fat to get stored because the body is not using it as a fuel source

When you eat less carbs the body has no choice but to burn the fat for fuel, dipping into stored fat burning much faster

Daniel ily but vitamin water is sugar water.

Just drink water everytime you get hungry.

Increase fibre in your diet. Aim for 1600 calories 5 days a week.

keto is not just a gimmick man they’ve done studies on this. the problem is most people go on keto and still eat more calories than they burning

  • Jan 7, 2021

Also I don’t really like food that much, mostly makes me sick, so then I was drinking mostly fluids instead of eating and only ate once a day or no food.

I was at 150lbs then got depressed and go to 239lbs then drop to 165 and went back to 195 now am around <160 but can’t get back to 150 even tho I keep trying, I look underweight in person but still a lil but above my weight goals.
