It has incredible production, Ye spazzing, and Cudi bringing amazing melodies
Its literally the best project both of them have made in a while. And its only 7 tracks. Its not a bloated mess like Donda and it doesnt have any moments where some songs are just meh like MOTM 3

Musical ability? Hell no, he dropped a bloated mess of an album with like 3-4 actually great songs, everything else ranges from subpar (Kanye music wise) to mid to trash, production is subpar for Kanye, bars and flows are still inconsistent throughout, etc etc

I mean you're right its not top tier Cudi or Ye, but its 2 artists who are clearly past their prime linking up and putting out an amazing project. Its not the 2nd coming of Jesus but with all things considered its a damn good project that'll age better than whatever both of them have dropped within the last few years.
