She seems so squishy, is she only good for chain attacks?

Soukaku is a great support . you could just have her pop her EX every once in a while to keep her out of danger, esp if you arent planning to do direct damage with her. I have her built for attack but I've seen her with Anomaly Proficiency/Freedom Blues-focused loadouts for Miyabi teams so there's always that route if you want the absolute most out of those disorders

now whether you should go for Astra again or wait for Yanagi, i guess it depends on which content is giving you the most trouble atm and which one you like playing as more. Astra is the best support in the game but I'm sure youve read that online elsewhere already. Yanagi is a top tier anomaly agent that can excel at main and sub dps roles, plus pairs well with Miyabi. Though, I'd keep in mind that this is Astra's 1st rerun so the next one might be far off after it's gone and the cast expands.
