I wasted a lot of gems because I didn't understand how the buying and crafting system works But the way they play is lame af imo, just needed to vent about that

If you’re seriously strapped for gems and want a deck that can climb for absolutely nothing make true Draco’s. By climbing with them you’ll get more gems to build what you want. And currently we’re getting like 4k total gems from the xyz event so go play that. You get medals even if you lose but use YOUR deck not the loaner cause it’s half the rewards

Yeah, I think I'm done with this game. Managed to claw my way to the lower ranks of Silver with an incomplete Red Eyes deck. Now niggas just be straight summoning monsters like 8 times in a row. They get out a monster with 3000 Atk on the very first turn Have to sit there for like 300 seconds just watching them summon monsters from their extra deck and activate effect after effect, then my turn is over in like 20 seconds because all I can do is set a monster, then it's back to just sitting there and watching them do all this extra s*** This is boring and frustrating as f***, I would've thrown hands if kids were actually pulling this s*** when we were playing YuGiOh at school. F*** the current state of the TCG, they ruined it with all the extra s*** like pendulums, xyz and links

I’m the same way. I’ve only played 3 matches and 2 of them were against dudes that had some tribute / spell card combo that just kept shuffling cards and summoning monsters with crazy effects immediately. I have no idea wtf was going on. I think maybe cause I answered that I was an expert at the game at the beginning so they matched me against advanced decks.
