Is it because all the creators decided to used other plataforms to deliver their content?? such as tik tok, instagram and so on

or is it because of the whole streamer phenomenon where creators just stopped investing all their time into editing videos and compress all their content onto watching something and giving their opinion on it?

either way, its looking really bad for youtube right now

My YouTube is amazing and I have multiple sections/interests lol

Cars, game, science, animals, docs, shows, rap music, electronic music, RnB music, production, scale models, comedy, history, cold cases, haunting reports, podcasts, news, social issue topics and commentary

Stay out of yt trending, and if it's a fresh account then you need to search stuff out for the algo to bend to you're interests, otherwise it's just going to give you trending tab stuff

Subscribing to channels is also what feeds into other reccs

No i have been thinking this over the last year. I think its cuz i use it less because of tiktok. So when i pop it open while sitting in my car eating after work and go to see if any new videos are out to watch not only does it take me literally 5 mins to find something remotely decent, i have to watch another 3 mins of ads. Then im done eating so i force close it and drive home.

S***s not recommending me anything anymore. And all my fav content creators have either moved on to short form because its more profitable or only drop like 6 times a year.

As a content creator i have never found any success on youtube but tons on tiktok and unfortunately IG. But youtube barely gives me any reach and they refuse to let u get monetized until u have like a million f***ing hours watched, s*** is such a dumbass gatekeep, like let people SEND ME MONEY and take a cut off it. Its not like many people are making any original content FOR your platform anymore. We are all just dumping our leftovers to YT to check a box at this point.

you could search something very specific and it'll still give you completely unrelated videos somehow its insane
