S*** was mid to me but it looks like he’s putting more effort into this iteration

I liked it. Listened to it yesterday, first time in a while.

I think the solo Thug songs, Audemar, Dirty Shoes, Goin Up, January 1st... all heat. Dirty Shoes I always felt was a really impressive collab.

Definitely an album to bang when it's sunny out and you're feeling good. Not an ounce of introspection.

The last few songs I basically always skip though.

This might sound stupid but I always thought Chains Choking Me was kinda introspective. Thug seems like he's in an emotional pocket on the song imo.

Thug's melodies, flows, and energy is more important than 'introspection' IMO.

It's not like Thug has ever dropped an album full of 'introspective' songs, he always has a couple deeper cuts on there.
