edit: I will say his punchlines are better and lyrically he’s more focused, but yea everything else took a hit

I wouldn’t say it’s watered down. More so he just pulled back. I just counted. He has only released 14 solo songs since BTG.

That’s 14 songs where it’s thug only over the last 4 years scattered across 6 projects.

So if u don’t consistently listen to leaks thug has basically been a feature artist the last 4 years.

I will agree this is his way of achieving mainstream success since he realized the public just won’t accept him at full throttle.

I think he’s setting up for a featureless solo album that will be an absolute classic.
