Vocally, he’s more boring there than any other album. Lyrics stepped up though
It’s definitely a consistent and solid album. It’s just not really going that crazy compared to something like SS1

It’s definitely not up there with my fav Thug projects but not bad by any means. Outside of a handful of tracks I don’t revisit it nearly as frequently as anything from Tha Tour-SS3 era

Of course. But he got 200+ songs from that era. That s*** set in stone nothing to be compared to it.

SMF and Punk are albums of him maturing into his 30s. SMF was meant to be the fun album and Punk about to be serious.(they were recorded at the same time)

SMF did exactly what it was meant to do. I got no problem with people ranking it low but acting like it’s a weak album is crazy.
