Wtf?? Why?
Eh, didn't really hit for me truthfully speaking. Something about the writing felt very stale. That's just my opinion though, I do recognize why others dig it nevertheless

Dogtooth if you’re looking for something more artsy. The favorite for something more accessible
The Favourite was a miss in my book
That's a crazy opinion to me, but I respect it. What's your favorite yorgos film
I'd love to hear a good explanation of how and why certain lens choices were made throughout the film. Seemed random on first watch but I bet there is a good reason for it.
Liked this a lot. Not as much as I wanted to, but still quite a remarkable film. For me personally it doesn’t surpass Dogtooth, Lobster, Sacred Deer or Favourite right now, but would love to see it again and see how I feel about it over time. Highly recommend if you like any of his other films.
This Yorgos best film imo. Also favorite from his. Hilarious but love the social commentary in it too
