honestly i don’t think he’s innocent at all but i hope some type of miracle happens or i’m wrong bc he’s really talented and i just hate seeing s*** like this happen over and over again w young talent whether it’s jail or death or whatever. i just hope we can see his career continue to grow eventually.

im tryna be as objective as possible w these and from a public perspective theres no way you can come away from the information we have available and be able to say confidently whether he's guilty or not
people can have opinions for sure but theres really not a lot to go on either way - we're gonna have to wait for the trial assuming it reaches trial

prosecution must show a jury that hes guilty of it beyond reasonable doubt - essentially that based on the evidence the jury sees they believe there is no reasonable possibility that he's innocent

I think theres inherently an issue w using rap lyrics as any form of tangible proof even for opinions - if we took rap lyrics as being real and about the artist who wrote them then Drake is a mob boss, Kanye went to prison for domestic assault, Kendrick killed someone etc
