Yeah but Ye isn’t a rapper like that and drake knows that, so it’s kind of like getting into a beef with a civilian and getting mad if they snitch. They don’t go by the same code. Ye has never beefed with anyone on wax so it’s not really expected.
I respect drake for using his music to speak on things of course but this “beef” clearly isn’t about rapping, and any “battle” is one sided so arguably futile. What can you really do to a non rapper on wax it’s like Mike Tyson beating up someone in the crowd
No one really checking for them to actually battle or has ever pressed Ye to get on wax with it cause we know he ain’t a rapper
I get that, I'm just saying that FOR ME and probably for most other rap fans, a back and forth on wax is the only way anyone would be truly invested in their "beef."
Drake is as hip-hop as it gets so he'll keep it in the bars and in the music. Kanye can stick to his erratic IG captions.
