I don’t think TLOP and DONDA are anywhere near the same level as Vultures and it’s just clear from how expansive those eras were, the music naturally would have had more depth in quality and attention to details plus team involved to match the magnitude of the eras.

Vultures is very clearly a step down, especially since he was comfortable recording it in a living room full of random people and making lasting decisions erratically
