I don't even really count Ye and JIK that harshly against Kanye overall. Despite being labeled as LP's, their combined length is less than multiple of his masterpieces. In reality, they're a couple of rough sounding EP's while Kanye was going through a bunch of random s*** and transitions. Even though I think ye is not good at all, 23 minutes of music I don't like is hardly a dent into one of the most brilliant discographies ever.
