VibeMBDTF to Yeezus to me is a drop off in quality, especially vocally
I've never really vibed with that album
It just seemed very rushed
I would put all of his first albums prior to that above Yeezus (CD is kind of dated now though)
I understand, the rapping is kinda better on mbdtf I agree. I just f*** with the whole sound of Yeezus, it represents all the unhinged individual artistic expression that I find in all my favorite music.
Yeah CD is dated lmao rough take but I think it’s bottom 3 of his discography with ye and Jesus is king

From a production standpoint they are and Gotta Have It is a great song lyrically as well.. lmao it’s way better than Sin City, The One, Higher, and Bliss

To really enjoy Yeezus you have to appreciate the Minimal aesthetic that they were going for, and then all the rough parts make sense and have a purpose (serious)
