Hot take but I donât think he cares about that at all. And, if he did, he would literally just have to get over it.
According to that TMZ article, no major label is even taking the Ty$ collab album, he has to go through independent labels
Idk why he would let that Taylor album drop affect him, when he literally cannot compete

Apparently, the aftermath of that is affecting KW's ability to get this album distributed right now -- but that's not to say he doesn't have options ... Billboard says he does. According to the outlet, Ye is weighing 5 different offers from smaller/lesser-known distributors.
One of those offers came from a music publishing company called Too Lost -- which launched just a couple years ago and which actually already holds the rights to Ye's music on YouTube. Now, it sounds like they're making a play to go all in on him for a straight-up album.

...and nothing is over so far. There might even be fake news spreading around because their final meeting is tomorrow and they just asked Ye if he wants to delay it, nothing more. We will know everything tomorrow

Damn, thatâs hard. Ty for the insight. But you donât think Kanye has a thought process like well, f***, I cant even get this album out on a major label or have major distribution. So why even compete with Taylor or other big artists

Hell no, he doesn't need a big label behind him anymore to put up decent numbers and he knows that. He also wants that #1 for his streak.
He's definitely not doing any listening party on the 27h and he's for sure not releasing the album at that day either. I think they will cancel the show completely if they say tomorrow that Friday isn't manageable.

Yeah bro that all makes sense. I was thinking it would be, literally, another âKids See Ghostsâ sales situation, where the album is really fire but doesnât sale that much. And I know that was cause Kanyeâs name was nowhere on the Kids See Ghosts project, but I just assumed cause of 2022 & the label situation , that thatâs the kinda numbers heâd see now

I also think the collab is done because they're sending the project to distributors. They wanted to release it this week but since they got the info that Bad Bunny is dropping this week they delayed everything
Thats why they was probably fine with the listening party delay too but I don't see him agreeing with another delay at all because we all know Ye
