Jim Napsteri really think they are not going to change much of the album, i dont know why they need 2 weeks for, songs were basically done
it’s not gonna come out by then but what probably happened was that Ye got inspired to add more to the album that didn’t need to be added and he also didn’t finish what he needed to finish. There’s probably a whole new direction by now
