the crazy truth is, ye's rise in the public has very little to do with his creativity
it was the rants that got him to that level. the controversies. a lot of people had big hits like Gold Digger, but it was the tabloid stuff that made ye as big a figure as he became. he knew this which is why he chases it so hard now

I think the more rap oriented ones are for the solo, and he's just having fun on the vultures ones.
