Eh, I think Kanye notoriously has been better at album promotion than literally anyone else, but I just don't think he has the tools anymore. He's not on a label, everyone in America hates him, he's completely deplatformed and he probably doesn't even have that much money anymore.
A surprise drop just logistically makes more sense than whatever the hell this is.
