    Bully tracks not being fully fleshed out in last night’s live show was the only downside, I can’t stop thinking about that. I do hope he finishes the album man.. could be one of his best records

    First, he wouldn't have used or repurposed all the songs for different albums later. He was still trying to drop New Body for Vultures 1.
    Leak culture in general did some damage to Kanye's music. I think it made him insecure or indecisive what version of the song is the best and he started scrapping a lot of things.

    All the albums since Ye haven't had a huge hit (until Vultures 1). Kanye has been chasing a hits album because of that for a while. This is why Donda is over 30 songs and Vultures is how it is. If he had dropped Yandhi, it would've probably been a very successful project just going by how much people love the leaks. I think he would've probably been more confident in his vision if he already had Yandhi as a successful album in his back catalog.

  • That’s one good thing about an artist getting older is they do s*** their younger selves wouldn’t have.. I use the comparison of Bruce Springsteen dropping a shelves album from 1995 just last year, and then his auto biography he wrote after hardly doing interviews in his heyday
