i think he has a point. reinforcing the concept of slavery and servitude but not promoting positive black leaders like malcolm or mansa musa is explicitly what america has been trying to do. showing young black kids that they too can aspire for anything and become anything they wants without being mentally reminded of being a slave isn’t so much of a bad thing
