Something very similar happened to one of my close friends who had to Reevaluate himself and his toxicity. He had a loyal ass girlfriend and a beautiful son with her. She put up with a lot of his immature bullshit, including him breaking up with her 2-3 times and then getting back together.

Once she finally had enough and started moving on, man became a grade A simp. Texting her long ass paragraphs and saying s*** like he would marry her if they got back together and wanted 3-4 more kids with her. It was sad to see him spiraling.
