Well
Bipolar symptoms could be triggered by many different things.
I know,
celebrities and publicity and all,but releasing an album is a big huge deal and imagine how much stress or how grand of a person he may feel like, maybe that could have a correlation as to why his "bipolar episodes" keep happening around his album release dates, they keep triggering episodes.
