I feel as though if this was a large concern he would have done this as soon as they started selling them
His main thing was getting stores open that sold YZY GAP primarily. I'm assuming he was waiting for that to happen before making a huge issue out of the pricing. When it became apparent they weren't going to open new stores, now he's turning up on them.
