yeah if you can control drinking or other d**** youll most likely be fine. and if youre not if it wasn’t kratom it wouldve been something else. you can get stronger cheaper stuff ordering online. i like reds or greens. it all feels the same if you take a lot but greens generally feel stronger to me. but i like the feeeling of reds more but i just need more of it
