About Dre I was talking about attitude to the craft not about volume of released material.

I think that Donda works for your argument although there are tons of features but at least it can be said that he made normal length songs on that project. About Vultures, here I attribute normal length of songs to the involvement of TY. I think for him it was important to get some real finished songs.

Somehow I left with impression that since TLOP Kanye doesn't like to spit over 1 verse on track, I mean even if there are such songs on his newer projects, there aren't really many songs like Good Morning, or Flashing Lights or Dark Fantasy. So I am dissatisfied with this kinda unfinished feeling with some songs. Like even 30 hours lol. Ye has some short songs, JIK has lots of them despite Sunday Service riffing Water for 6 minutes live. So as Bully is a solo project, since preview I felt that Kanye is not going to miraculously add more verses.

And I predict his next solo project would have short songs too, kinda like CUCK or whatever that forbidden record was called, all songs there were short too.

But we generally do get to hear what he previews usually this decade. I think the attitude has changed a lot in that regard. We ended up getting almost all previewed songs or fan grails in recent years.

I agree some solo songs have felt shorter but they haven't felt incomplete to me except in some cases. Just 2 verses in place of the 3 he would usually do. I would like to hear more of his conventional style but it is what it is. I only felt they were lacking on Bully because a lot of songs have less than 2 verses.
