If I cant respect that, my whole perspective is wack. I truly do hope he stays on the right path. I think anyone that wants him to “relapse” or something so an “I told you so” can occur are a bit psychotic.
I’m not tuning in to any new ye though but it’s not (necessarily) out of hate it’s just I’ve heard all the music I wanna hear from this man. He got his legacy cemented already. I got core memories with CD, LR, Graduation, Yeezus, MBDTF, and TLOP.
He always gon’ be a legend no matter what, whether niggas (or even him) like it or not.
Basically of this and I respect it . He has said all we’ve wanted him to say ( then some ) . He can’t speak truth to power in regards to real world atrocities because he shot him self in the foot . Introspective concept songs not coming
Ye the bipolar aspect I always acknowledged is tough to understand but his mania and pain of lashing out while being forgiven or not doomed for death is good . A healthy society allows people to keep existing

I think the album and then especially last night were really good signs of him finding his footing but then also what it leads to ultimately I don’t think anyone should say with confidence given how he loves a zag.
