tbh - i don't really see this happening.

I don't blame ye at all for not having the same fire to prove that he's the greatest to ever do it at 48 then when he was like 30 but the fact remains that creation, production, vocal ability, success in general all of that is a practice.

And i just don't think he practices. I would be shocked if he ever was just sitting at home bored and took out his mpc and made a quick something or sat down at the piano.

but frankly i just think he's scared to sincerely express himself beyond the kayfabe of "I'm kanye west"

Tbh not just Drake….i think outside of music, I wouldn’t be surprised if there are brands that are pondering partnering again with him. Once an institution bites the bullet, it will be interesting to see how it reframes other entities and how they engage with him.

and let's be honest - bully is a midpoint album (not saying it's bad, i like it. just saying it's the midpoint between last era, and whatever this re-acceptance thing is happening)
