BULLY Tokyo Private LP (2024) Info

Info comes from an interview of one of the attendees, there’s a language barrier so some of the info might be wrong or mistranslated

-After initially meeting Ye and being invited to the event, he later met Steve Aoki (who was present during the 2024 BULLY sessions)

-LP was held in an “abandoned hangar”

-They collected ~30 phones at the front entrance

-Steve Aoki was apparently really stressed out by the collection of the phones because he wanted to text his girlfriend and say that he was safe but he didn’t know the place he was at

-There was a Lamborghini doing burnouts for 5 minutes in the middle of the hangar where the LP was taking place

-Apparently Tyler, The Creator was in attendance

“My name is Kanye West, but I changed my name to Ye, because I didn’t like the person I was when I was Kanye West. But today is the day I’m going to like myself again” - Ye at the beginning of the Tokyo LP

-Ye then started the event by playing some of his old songs that he hadn’t been playing in years because “those songs traumatized him”.

-Ye said he was gonna play/perform 2 old songs but ended up playing 15

-Then Ye said he wanted to play some songs off BULLY

-Songs played included Highs & Lows (Ye also said it’s the song he enjoyed “recording” the most)
