yeah that album really gives me beautiful nostalgic feeling. reminds me of listening to it when i was 14 and just having my mind blown. and funeral is the most accurate album in capturing the emotions that you go through with grief when a loved one dies. at least for me. it was like one to one i couldnt believe it. and how universal and abstract those feelings were.

Facts and it's ironic kinda cause I lost my pops to cancer a couple years ago and the reason a bunch of other AF songs are at the very top of the most listened on my iTunes is cause I got him into them (and would update his iPod thusly absorbing his playcounts as well) and he would listen to his favourite AF songs on repeat all day every day at work for years lol. He came with us to the Neon Bible tour too and that day was peak life

that is so beautiful wow. sorry about your pop. i lost my nan a couple years ago and went through some extremely serious stuff at the same time and that band did a similar thing to me. it was a big part of me healing and accepting. taking your pop to the neon bible tour is amazing. i didnt get my nan into any music. that is so awesome you got your pop into them. very lucky precious memories and experiences.
