First song is the gothic trap style that popular all over the place from Rocky to Carti to Future to Travis and other niggas. Its the evolved Trap sound of the 2020s and very mainstream.

Second song is basic dancehall and afrobeat influence. Which uh, are the new major genres of the 2020s along with House and Synthpop. Tyla, Nia Archives and Burnerboy even some Teezo Touchdown are your examples.

3rd song again is in the gothic trap lane.

Back to Me is basic sample with a stripped down church sample n band drum loop that is major in the underground with niggas like griselda & them.

Last song, once again, is gothic trap.

And these sounds arent even new to Vultures series from kanye himself.

The other 2 songs i so far skipped over are the only more unique one, thus again my point. Most of it is trendy and trending s*** with a few uniques.

Most of the projects ate literally just Gothic trap, then it takes a few queues from the underground and newer mainstream sounds.

Listen to music after 2017. Its part of why people dont loke vultures series lol, along with his terrible performances/writing/stricturing on most of them.

Flying Lotus had sessions for kendrick for mostly his own project.

Thats where you get those songs like Never Catch Me.

TPAB most of it is live instrumentation mixed with samples and always started with Terraca, Robert Glasper (who didnt make mosst of the final) and Thunder Cat plus more - inspired by his time with Prince and Funkadelic plus the live bass of Dres chronic.

He didnt "take" his vault. In fact FL has a lot of kendrick songs he vaulted himself.
