Aye I truly get it. I'm gonna write lot of words to elaborate why

Dude's been this way for a long time, I actually hold controversial opinion on when this started, which to me was around The Life of Pablo. Ever since that album, Ye's been refitting the 'live music album' for every single thing he's put out besides MAYBE Kids See Ghosts.

I was tired of it in 2016 and I'm tired of it now. It's a miracle how the f*** Donda 2021 got finished with this same executive principle that has just made 'the process' the only engaging activity with his music. I have been burned and burned by this process with either Ye just dropping the ball on a creative idea or completely s***ting on it for baseless reasons unbeknownst to anyone.

What's more-- Ye's credibility (artistically) is completely f***ing shot. Yes he's popular-- but u compare 2024 Ye to something like a Kendrick and yeh it's not the same conversation anymore, even if Ye can absolutely PROVE it should be.

So with context of Bully, I'm enjoying him keeping his head down. Mostly. I'm enjoying that has hasn't been snippets leaking and he seems ARTISTICALLY DRIVEN to deliver not just a meandering splinter of ideas that sometimes and sometimes do not form a cohesion but a clear, executed concept and idea.

That's what I'm hoping and being optimistic about.

If this is "Y3" & just re-visited/re-branded.

It'll have a chance to be something good.

If he cooked this up from the ground up since being announced, we're cooked.

Last 8 years been Gucci. Y'all are just incredibly strange and picky. So many goat artists in history don't have the run that Ye has had EVER. Its okay to release okay albums every once in awhile. Let a lone, those “okay” albums are still top tier to most contampories. Just because they're not your idealistic version of Ye doesn't mean they aren't still interesting or good in their own right.
