The only thing I can do is try and change what I can actually change around me.

What is voting gonna do when both of the candidates they’ve placed before us are just gonna keep up the status quo.

Thats why you participate in local elections/politics and organize your community against fascism and racism.
You know protests spread awareness meaning that society starts to change its feelings on issues when they become more informed.

The local election s*** is a meme. Me voting for a councilman in my local election, who at most is gonna make small changes does nothing.

I used to be politically active when I was in my late teens and I realized this s*** changes nothing. Especially if you live in an area that’s gonna vote blue or red regardless.

The only thing you can really do is to make the most tangible change is get some money and spread your ideals and beliefs when you can. But even then you’re just contributing to the current system.
